Important Notice: University Name Change on Transcripts

Beginning September 1, 2025, all official transcripts will reflect the university’s new name and branding: Texas A&M University–Victoria. The name University of Houston–Victoria will no longer appear on transcripts issued after this date.

Your transcript will continue to serve as a valid, accurate, and complete record of your academic history—regardless of when you attended the university.

Students may continue to request official transcripts online through Parchment or in person at the Student Records Office.

Alumni and Former Students
If you will not be enrolled after Summer 2025 and prefer an official transcript showing the University of Houston–Victoria name and branding, please submit your request by August 31, 2025.

Official Transcripts

UHV has partnered with Parchment to provide a web-based transcript service. Transcripts can be ordered directly from Parchment for a fee of $7.00 each plus tax. Additional fees may apply for special services such as express shipping. Transcripts will be sent electronically or on paper by USPS mail, depending on the option selected.

Former Students: Visit Parchment to order your official transcript online.  If you do not know your student ID number, enter 0000000 when creating your account. Your request will be sent to the Student Records Office for verification before processing.

Please visit Parchment's Learner Help Center if you need assistance with their website.

Note: This service is only available for official transcripts, provided that the student does not have a hold on their record preventing the release of a transcript.

In-Person Requests: Students can obtain one official transcript per day for free by making an in-person request at the Office of the Registrar and Student Records in Victoria.

The Registrar will have the authority to deny unreasonable requests, and the university reserves the right to reinstate any/all fees at any time.

Unofficial Transcripts

Students may view and print an unofficial transcript by logging in to myUHV Self-Service, selecting 'Academic Records/Enrollment' and then 'View Unofficial Transcript'.

Students needing a transcript from a prior institution must contact that institution.
