Student Involvement

Requesting a UHV Student Organization Email

Please complete the following steps if your organization is interested in having an uhv.edu student organization email address:

1. Complete the Departmental Mailbox Account Application form (contact Student Involvement for form).
2. For Department, you will write your student organization name. 
3. A Student Involvement staff member or your Advisor will need to sign for the Department Head or Dean's Signature. 
4. Once completed, scan and email form to appsrv@uhv.edu for processing.
