Leadership Development
Through activities such as our annual ROAR Leadership Conference, the ROAR Certified Leader program and our LEAD Retreat, we encourage students to develop their leadership skills during their time at UHV. Students are able to participate in both on and off campus leadership opportunities. These opportunities are aimed at enhancing the students’ marketability. Building a strong foundation in leadership is beneficial for students both inside and outside the classroom.
