All documents turned in during this timeframe will be processed within one week of receipt. Awarding will occur within one week of the last document being processed. If corrections to your FAFSA are necessary, allow an additional week.
May 11 - July 26
All documents turned in during this timeframe will be processed within two weeks of receipt. Awarding will occur within a week of the last document being processed. If corrections to your FAFSA are necessary, allow an additional week.
July 27 - Sept 15
All documents turned in during this timeframe will be processed within three weeks of receipt. Awarding will occur within a week of the last document being processed. If corrections to your FAFSA are necessary, allow an additional week.

FAFSA becomes available for the upcoming academic year at StudentAid.gov

Spring priority application deadline.
12th Class Day Financial Aid Reviews
Financial Aid offers will be reviewed to see if students are meeting the eligibility requirements. Aid will be canceled if the student no longer meets the eligibility requirements such as not meeting Satisfactory Academic Progress, minimum enrollment criteria, etc.

Weekly Processes
Mondays: FAFSAs are received and processed. Disbursements will be credited to student accounts. Refunds are processed the following day.

Thursdays: Disbursements will be credited to student accounts. Refunds are processed the following day. Awarding processes occur.
Fridays: Return of Title IV Funds occur for students who withdraw.
