Re-Register Your Student Organization Every Year
At the beginning of each academic year, student organizations are required to re-register/transition their organization on JagSync, in order to review and update any changes to their JagSync page, members/roster, officers, Advisors or their constitution.
- When re-registering, all organizations should have at least five (5) members, including three (3) officers (President, Vice-President and Treasurer), a UHV faculty or staff Advisor and a constitution.
- All officers and Advisor(s) of the organization will received an email from JagSync about re-registration/transitioning, once it's open.
- Only one member from your organization needs to re-register so please coordinate accordingly.
- Re-registering your organization allows you access to SOFC funds and more.
