How to Submit your Bacterial Meningitis records
Fully admitted students should submit vaccination documents to Med+Proctor. All students under the age of 22 are required to register through Med+Proctor. You will not be able to register for classes without providing documentation or exemption for this vaccination. The vaccine must be received 10 days before the first day of the semester. Only fully admitted students have access to the “Academic Records & Enrollment” tile and will be able to upload their records to Med+Proctor.
