Spring 2025 Final Exam Schedule
May 10–16
Final grades (Regular & 8wk2 FastTrak sessions) must be entered by the instructor no later than 11:59 p.m., May 21, 2025.
Fall Regular and 8wk2 FastTrak grades will be available on May 23, 2025.
There will be no regular class meetings other than for examination purposes after May 9, 2025.
Laboratory courses — Final exams will be given during the last Regular class period of the semester. For example: Spring 2025 semester final exam dates are May 10–16 therefore lab courses final exams are held May 5–9.
Examinations are to be held in the rooms where the classes are regularly scheduled unless otherwise arranged by the instructor and/or Registrar's Office.
- Final exams must be given during the final examination period unless approved by the Provost.
Instructors should confirm final examination times with the Registrar's Office for class periods not listed below.
Instructors should not deviate from the published final exam schedule without first consulting with the Registrar's Office and obtaining approval from the Provost.
ITV Sections — Final exams for face-to-face and ITV classes in Katy will follow the final exam schedule listed below.
