U.S. Rep. Michael Cloud and members of his office visited the University of Houston-Victoria Monday to meet with UH System Regent Tammy Murphy and the UHV Executive Committee. The meeting offered an opportunity to discuss UHV’s vision for the future and its role in the community, especially in terms of how the university can collaborate to transform the lives of students. Among the representatives from Cloud’s office was Christian Palacios, a UHV alumnus who first worked as an intern in the office before being hired as a field representative.
