“We’ve had an incredible outpouring from our alumni, parents, faculty, staff, community and students that helped demonstrate just how much they support UHV in its mission and investing in our students’ lives,” said Kelsey Norgard, UHV director of alumni relations and annual giving.

The campaign raised an astounding total of $117,507.18, which included three individual $25,000 foundation gifts from the Dickson-Allen Foundation, the Wood Family Memorial Trust, and the O’Connor & Hewitt Foundation. The university received a $5,000 matching challenge gift from Keller Wealth Advisors and Keller & Associates CPAs PLLC as well as two additional $5,000 matching challenge gifts from an anonymous donor.

“I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to everyone who contributed to UHV this Giving Day,” Norgard said. “Your generosity and support inspire us and play a vital role in shaping the future for our students and university. We couldn’t have achieved our goal without your support.”

The university also secured 10 matching challenge donors from the community with gifts ranging from $1,000 to $5,000. Challenges included dollar or donor participation goals for specific university funds. UHV would like to recognize the following matching challenge donors:

  • Keller Wealth Advisors and Keller & Associates CPAs PLLC for their sixth year as a lead challenge sponsor for UHV Giving Day. This year’s funds benefited the UHV General Scholarship.
