Faculty and staff shine at talent show

The event marked the first annual show and featured five performers and five visual artists with talents that spanned from poetry, instrumental performances, fiber arts, painting, graphic design and mixed media art to singing. The event was sponsored by the UHV Staff Council. The presentations for the show included: Lauren Emerson, fiber arts; Nicole Eugene, painting and singing; Bryanna Lucas, graphic design; Cheyenne Migl, mixed media and Ashley Sisson, fiber arts. Performers during the show included: Greg Garcia, instrumental; Anthony Madrid, poetry; Paul Orkiszewski, instrumental; and Nadya Pittendrigh, poetry.

as well as contributing to regional and state economic development.
