UHV students compete at hacker conference

A group of University of Houston-Victoria computer science students pose for a picture at the DEF CON 2023 conference in Las Vegas in August. The students attended the annual hacker convention and participated in a cybersecurity competition. UHV’s team was recognized during the event, and students were able to attend presentations by cybersecurity experts.
