Accounting firm shares career information with UHV students

Nicole Zhao, a tax partner from Malone Bailey LLP, talks about the customers the CPA firm handles Nov. 15 as part of a presentation to University of Houston-Victoria accounting students. Zhao and Kim Buettner, a human resources specialist from the firm, came to UHV Katy to speak with and recruit UHV students for future career opportunities. The presentation is part of a series of networking events that the UHV College of Business hosts for its students and area businesses. The business college will offer similar networking opportunities for students in various business fields throughout the academic year.

The University of Houston-Victoria, located in the heart of the Coastal Bend region since 1973 in Victoria, Texas, offers courses leading to more than 50 academic programs in the schools of Arts & Sciences; Business Administration; and Education, Health Professions & Human Development.
