Biography

Dr. Melanie Lemanski joined the UHV faculty in 2019. Dr. Lemanski is a Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP) in the state of Texas. She received her doctorate in Developmental Psychology from Pennsylvania State University and was later recertified as a School Psychology at the University of Houston-Clear Lake. She has extensive experience in the school setting, working in several school districts across the Houston area, most recently Cypress-Fairbanks Independent School District. She also previously acted as an Adjunct Lecturer at the University of Houston Main Campus. Dr. Lemanski sits on the Professional Advisory Committee for the Attention Deficit Disorders Association - Southern Region (ADDA-SR).
