Leadership (MGMT 4305)

(3-0) Prerequisite(s): MGMT 3303 Examines the complexity of business leadership through the review of key theories of leadership and their managerial applications from both organizational and individual perspectives. Topics include leadership concepts, theories, power, motivation, communication, delegating, and ethical issues. Credit will not be given for both MGMT 4305 and MGMT 4314.
