Correspondence Testing

Update (5/7/2021): Correspondence appointments resume Monday, May 17. Due to COVID-19 guidelines, test candidates must wear a mask and practice social distancing while on the UHV Campus and in the Test Center. If you have COVID-19 related symptoms or fever, please do not report to the Test Center. Contact us to reschedule your appointment at no penalty.

Students taking correspondence courses can have tests proctored by Testing Services on the Victoria campus. At this time, correspondence proctoring is unavailable in Katy, and suggest contacting the nearest Houston Community College or LoneStar College testing center.

To take advantage of this appointment-only service, students should complete the following steps:

  1. Contact Testing Services to schedule an appointment. Include information about your exam (preferred dates and times, length of exam, etc.).
  2. Register and pay the $20.50 administration fee at RegisterBlast.
  3. Provide the institution issuing the correspondence test with the Testing Center address and proctor name:

Proctors: Julie Buchhorn Wardi

Email: Testing Center

  1. Contact the Center five days before the appointment to ensure the test has arrived. (Students must contact the issuing institution if the exam has not been delivered.)

The $20.50 testing fee is non-refundable. The Testing Center can expedite test material shipments for an additional fee.
