As a survivor of the Rwandan genocide who found safety in the U.S. as a pre-teen, Clemantine has honed her story of grit and survival as a way to teach leaders practical ways to flex their hustle muscle.


Ritu is an energetic speaker who champions authentic leadership as the antidote to exclusionary work cultures. She will teach about the three authentic selves as leaders, and how knowing those selves will allow leaders to build more engaged, inclusive, and productive teams and environments.

Marilyn will share parts of her incredible story of grit and courage, and focus on the qualities and characteristics it requires to be a happy, healthy, and successful leader.
