2.3.1 Center for Student Success
Students who have fewer than 45 semester credit hours are advised by Success Coaches, who work to keep them on track through proactive advising. The Center for Student Success has a team of writing and subject area tutors offering enhanced academic support to help students of all academic levels. Supplemental Instructors attend specific gateway classes and hold extra sessions to offer students in the larger class sections small-group and one-on-one assistance. Once students complete their first 45 hours of study, they are transitioned into one of our four colleges, but the academic support team in the Center for Student Success continues to offer extra support and guidance as needed.
