BIOL 1414, CHEM 1405, and BIOL 2421 are required ONLY for the completion of the AAS at LSC - they are not required for the completion of the BAAS at UHV but may transfer
as lower division electives to complete 120 required credit hours.

BIOL 1407 and COSC 1301 are NOT required for the completion of the AAS at LSC; these courses will meet requirements at UHV and are required for seamless transfer.

Students may be awarded credit at UHV for 24 to 44 vocational or technical credits earned within an Associate of Applied Arts and Sciences program at LSC.

PHIL 2306 and ANTH 2301 are course options to fulfill areas within the AAS core at LSC. The student is not required to take these specific courses; however, courses within the
specified core areas are required for AAS completion. Students are strongly encouraged to consult with an advisor.
