The Help Desk is generally your first stop when you have questions about campus computing. The Help Desk provides assistance in solving your computing problems and to help you make the most effective use of the computing resources available. Hardware, software and peripheral support is provided to university administration, faculty and staff. Students are only offered support for software related issues. Support is provided at the UH-Victoria and UH System at Katy campuses. This includes the Small Business Development Center location and Regional Outreach and Facilities buildings. Users in off-site locations, such as home offices, are provided support via the telephone. If the problem cannot be resolved over the phone, the computer will need to be delivered to the UHV campus or the nearest University of Houston site.

Help Desk Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday
For problems with your computer, keyboard, mouse or peripherals, call Help Desk. The clerk will answer your call. Every effort is made to answer all Help Desk calls. However, should you reach phone mail, leave a message describing your need on the voice mail system and someone will contact you as soon as possible.
