How Students Accept Awards in the New Fluid Screens

  1. Log into your myUHV account.
  2. Click on the Financial Aid Icon.
  3. Choose the corresponding aid year.
  4. Click on "View Financial Aid".
  5. Choose to Accept/Decline if not already selected.
  6. Click the "Edit" Button so you can accept/decline/reduce the offers.
  7. Read the UHV Financial Aid disclosure and click the "Acknowledge to continue" button.
  8. Click on each Select drop-down to select either Accept, Decline, or Reset.
  9. After completing the Award Decision for each offer, click the "Submit" button.
  10. Read the Student Rights and Responsibilities and then click "Yes" or "No".


Steps for SAP Appeal

  1. Please Sign-into MyUHV Self-Service using your Username & Password.
  2. Click on Financial Aid.
  3. To the Left-Hand Side in the list, please click on SAP Appeal.
  4. In the box Term (semester), Click on Search.
  5. From the list, select/click the appropriate SAP Appeal Term.
  6. Please fill in all requested details.
  7. Once filled, click on the blue Submit
