If you are not seeking principal or any other certification, the general leadership concentration offers a grounding in leadership competencies and theories. Your program of study must be approved by your advisor as well as a representative from the department offering your core classes. Your degree will culminate in a comprehensive exam on the content of one core course and two courses in your major area.
