Crossroads Testing Options

Dear UHV Faculty, Staff and Students,

As the COVID-19 pandemic continues, we want you to be aware of the testing sites available in the Crossroads and Katy areas. If you have a primary care physician, please contact that person first to ask about getting tested. If you do not have a primary care physician, available testing locations are listed below. Some of these locations require a doctor’s referral while others do not. Please contact the location before you go to make sure that you are following the correct protocols and procedures. If you do not live in the Crossroads or Katy areas, you can find available testing sites at findcovidtesting.com.

If you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, you must fill out the Diagnosis Reporting Form on the UHV COVID-19 webpages. If you have been exposed to someone who has been or may be diagnosed with COVID-19, please fill out the Potential COVID-19 Exposure Reporting Form. After submitting the relevant forms, follow the protocols laid out in the reply email that you will automatically receive. If you have questions, please email COVIDOps@uhv.edu.
