A BBA with a concentration in Human Resources Management requires 120 credit hours, 42 of which are filled by general education courses.

The remaining credits consist of upper and lower level business core courses, as well as courses specific to the Human Resources Management concentration, such as Staffing, Compensation, and Human Capital Development.

The majority of required courses for this concentration are offered online. To make things as accommodating as possible for our students, the few courses that need to be completed in-person can be completed in Victoria and Katy.
