Strategic MBA - Human Resources Management Degree Requirements
Between 36 and 42 credit hours of coursework is needed to complete the Strategic MBA with a concentration in Human Resources Management.
The curriculum consists of four (4) foundation courses, eight (8) core courses, four (4) required elective/concentration courses. All classes are 3 credit hours, except the foundation courses, which are 1.5 credit hours each. All classes are 3 credit hours, except the foundation courses, which are 1.5 credit hours each. Students who have sufficient academic backgrounds may be eligible to waive the BUSI 6A01, BUSI 6A02, ACCT 6A01, and/or ECON 6A01 foundation courses.

^MGMT 6359 and MGMT 6399 is offered in the fall or spring terms only, and requires participation in the case conference event, held during the semester of MGMT 6399 course enrollment. Information regarding the event will be provided in the course.
*Students who do not have sufficient background in Statistics/Analytics will be required to take BUSI 6A02 as a foundation course. Students who do not have a sufficient background in Accounting will be required to take ACCT 6A01 as a foundation course. Students who do not have a sufficient background in Economics will be required to take ECON 6A01 as a foundation course.
