Dr. Lee received his Ph.D. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University in 2019. His research interests lie in various employment practices including equal employment opportunity, compensation, and recruitment. His research portfolio includes multiple projects on executive compensation, immigrant salaries, and business legal environments. For his dissertation, he investigated the diffusion and consequences of noncompete agreements between S&P 500 firms and their CEOs.
At UHV, he teaches introduction to HRM, compensation, and staffing.
