In order to sign up for classes you must be advised by your Student Success Coach. You can receive advising through any of the methods below.
Face-to-Face and Online Appointments:
If you prefer, you can be advised on classes by visiting our campus in Victoria – anytime Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The Success Coaches will help you develop your class schedule, and staff members will assist you with the requirements of other parts of the enrollment process, including financial aid and student housing. If you have any questions prior to visiting campus about advising and enrollment, you can email us or call (361) 570-4146. You can schedule an appointment with your Success Coach HERE. You can change your appointment time if a time conflict arises. Online appointments are available but you must select the online appointment option.
Success Coaches can advise and register you through email. Just email us and let us know that you would like to be advised and registered for your courses. If you do not have the time right now to select your courses, we will even select classes for you and send you your registration information once you give us permission to do so. You MUST email from your UHV email account and include your UHV ID. Emails from parents regarding registration will not be accepted.
Advising and Registration Days:
You can attend an Advising and Registration Day on-campus to take care of your advising and registration needs, as well as other important items. If you have any questions on how to sign up for Advising & Registration Days, contact the Office of Admissions & Student Recruitment at (361) 570-4110 or email. Advising and Registration days are only available for fall registration and students eligible for registration.
