TExES/ExCET Testing (paper based)
The University of Houston-Victoria is an official testing site for the Texas Examinations of Educator Standards (TExES) and the Examination for the Certification of Educators (ExCET) on behalf of Educational Testing Services.
These paper-based administrations are generally held five times a year in the University West Building. To check for pricing, prerequisites, upcoming administration dates, or to register for the TExES/ExCET visit http://www.texes.ets.org/.
For questions about the test, examinees can call ETS at 1-800-205-2626 or send an email to texes-excet_inquiries@ets.org.
For information about the testing site, please contact Ernest Amador, UHV Testing Coordinator, at Email Ernest or call 361.570.4285.
