Proctoring in Victoria for ITV courses


Testing Services offers proctoring in Victoria for faculty who teach ITV courses from the Houston area.

Testing Services’ trained proctors strictly adhere to NCTA’s proctoring guidelines and best practices.

Students must show the proctor a valid ID before testing; cannot be given extra time to test (if students show up late to the exam); will not bring cell phones or electronic communication devices in the testing room. Students who do will be asked to silence the device immediately and the incident will be reported to instructors.

To request a proctor for an ITV class in Victoria, please complete the proctor request at http://web3.uhv.edu/oarforms/forms/proctorrequestform.aspx. Please submit the form at least two business days before the exam date.

Testing Services staff will contact you within one business day, either by email or by phone, regarding your request.

Instructors who need proctors in Cinco Ranch should complete the online reservation form located at http://www.cincoranch.uh.edu/pages/proctor.htm.
