Sometimes women have emergencies and need to purchase sanitary napkins from the bathrooms. But, I can never find one that works. All it does it take my money. It is very embarrassing to go and have to ask for assistance, especially from a male custodian. Can these machines please be fixed.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We have ordered units to replace these that are defective.

Please don't hesitate to call Facilities anytime you find a problem with anything on our campuses. (361)-570-4804 If the person answering the phone is not of the gender with whom you would feel comfortable to speak, you may ask to speak to a person of the opposite gender and we will transfer you to a person with whom you should be more comfortable to speak.

Subject — Name on Online Billing and Grading System

I am having trouble receiving tuition reimbursemnt from my employer because the billing and grade reports I get online don't have my full name.

So my suggestion would be to include the full name on all login services so there is complete information available to not only the students but others involved.

The Bursar's Office has contacted UH programmers to investigate the possibility of having the student's full name appear as suggested. A resolution will be reached within the next 30 days.
