This may seem like a weird
suggestion but could UHV please change its toilet paper
vendor? Every time I use the TP I am reminded of its low
quality and rough texture.
Response:
Thank you for
your interest. We will again seek the "best value" products
with the universities budget when we purchase these products
again. The current product was the best value at the time
of the purchase and was a compatible product with what we
had used in previous years. We hope the next purchase is a
more acceptable quality within our budget.
