Cuernavaca Walking Tour: See the sites and sounds of the capital and largest city of the state of Morelos: The City of Eternal Springs   Free
Tepoztlan and Hacienda de Cortes: Tepoztlan is situated at the foot of a mountain and is a typical Mexican pueblo. Students will visit the birthplace of Quetzalcoatl (The feathered serpent) and principal God of the Aztec Culture as well as a native folk market. The excursion ends at the Hacienda of Cortés. $25
Zona Arqueologica de Xochicalco y Hacienda de Cortés:  The pyramids , located 42 kilometers south of Cuernavaca, are one of the most important archeological zones in Morelos dating back to the 9th and 10th centuries A,D . The Hacienda, within the city limits of Cuernavaca , was established by the conquistador in the 1520s. $25
Grutas de Cacahuamilpa: The caverns were discovered in 1834 by Manuel Saenz de la Peña and were decreed a National Park in 1937. Only 10 of the estimated 70 kilometers of passages and chambers have been explored to date. $25
Rio las Estacas: Is a river rising from a natural spring in the midst of a tropical jungle with abundant flowers. This recreational site was used to film many scenes from the "Tarzan" films. $35
Lago de Tequesquitengo: The only lake of any size around Cuernavaca (formed in an extinct volcano's crater) is about thirty minutes south of town called Tequesquitengo (a mouthfull) or known as El Mar de Morelos $40

 

Ballet Folklorico: is a mosaic of Mexican folklore and traditions. Typical dances from across Mexico are performed in the Palacio de Bellas Artes ( Palace of Fine Arts ) in Mexico City .

Taxco: is México`s reknowned city of silver which was built on the side of a mountain. Almost all houses have red tile roofs; the streets are paved with cobblestones and are very hilly . It is a UNESCO cultural heritage site $28 $28
Teotihuacan Archeologiacal site (Pyramids): is the most important, archeological zone in Central Mexico due to the magnificent pyramids dedicated to the sun and the moon $35 $35

Mexico city Museo de Antropología: is the largest museum in Mexico . The museum houses a broad collection of works from the rise to the fall of all Mesoamerican cultures. It is regarded as one of the best of its kind in the world $35 $35
Museo de Dolores Olmedo and Xochimilco gardens are located in Mexico City : This colonial building museum holds the largest private art collection of Diego Rivera and Frida Kahlo. Xochimilco is famous for its colorful gardens and traditional boats (trajineras). $38 $38
Zona Arqueologica de Malinalco y Granja De Truchas: It is remarkable the building called Cuauhcalli, which means' House of the Sun 'or' House of eagles'.   It is one of the few buildings in the monolithic world, i.e. carved from a single stone. Also a visit to a trout farm $38 No Sundays
Puebla and Cholula : is the fifth largest city in México with a surprisingly cosmopolitan atmosphere. Much of Puebla´s wealth and architecture from the 19th century can still be seen today. The city was once the principal stopping point in route to Veracruz , Mexico´s principal port city. This trip includes a visit to Cholula , a prehispanic city famous for its 365 churches and the Gran Pirámide, the largest in México $40 No Sundays
Mexico city Museo de Antropología y Ballet Folklorico: is the largest museum in Mexico . The museum houses a broad collection of works from the rise to the fall of all Mesoamerican cultures. Puebla   : is the fifth largest city in México with a surprisingly cosmopolitan atmosphere. Much of Puebla´s wealth and architecture from the 19th century can still be seen today. The city was once the principal stopping point in route to Veracruz , Mexico´s principal port city.  It includes transportation in private autobus , 1 hotel lodging night –double occupation- and 2 Walks. $120
