Curriculum
Students will be able to
complete, during their semester abroad,
12 to15 semester credit hours which, by previous approval, will apply to their degree.
Curriculum elements include:
- Semester program (12 week) students will take, at
their level, intensive
Spanish language and culture courses as listed below
along with non Spanish courses. Short term program (3-5
week) students will take
Spanish courses only, from the list below.
- For Students in the Semester Pre-major
Program, courses which meet general education and degree
requirements at the students’ home university are taught
to participants in English and may be face to face
(dependent on number of students) or on-line courses.
A
variety of cultural enrichment and volunteer activities
insure that students receive a complete immersion in all
social layers and economic strata of the host cultures are
included
