Making sure your mailing address is correct will ensure that you receive any refund checks without delays. You can verify your mailing address is correct by going to Campus Personal Information in MyUHV. |
Step 1: Log in to MyUHV and choose UHV Self Service.

Haven't logged into MyUHV before? We suggest that you start by reading the directions on how to log in to MyUHV.
Step 2: Choose Student Financials in the Learner Services area. (The Student Financials icon may appear in a different location on your screen than in the example below.)

Step 3: Choose Account Inquiry. (Account Inquiry may appear in another location on your screen.)

Step 4: A summary screen will appear, similar to the one below.

On this screen, you should check the What I Owe area, looking specifically at the Outstanding Charges & Deposits and Pending Financial Aid columns for the relevant semester.
What you need to do next depends upon how much pending financial aid you have (if any) as compared to your outstanding charges and deposits.
Let's consider a few situations. (Click on each link to learn more. The page will open in a new window. Close the window to return to this page.)
a. Your Pending Financial Aid is equal to or greater than your Outstanding Charges & Deposits.
b. You are a financial aid student, but no financial aid is listed in the Pending Financial Aid column.
c. Your Pending Financial Aid is less than your Outstanding Charges & Deposits.
d. You did not apply for financial aid and don't intend to.
Step 5: Verify your mailing address is correct by going to Campus Personal Information.
Choose Campus Personal Information from the left navigation and then choose Addresses.

Making sure your mailing address is correct will ensure that you receive any refund checks without delays. Directions for changing your address are available.
