Welcome to the UHV Student Senate homepage. The mission of Student Senate is to serve the collective interests of the student body at the University of Houston-Victoria by promoting communication between students and the UHV Administration. Student Senate strives to provide input on university policy and address the needs of our unique student population with respect to academic and cultural matters.
Working closely with the Office of Student Life & Services and other student organizations, Student Senate seeks to enhance the unique educational environment at UHV by promoting student participation and involvement in campus and community activities. Through its support of students, the university and the community, Student Senate aims to improve the value of education at UHV and the quality of life in our area.
