Recieve recongnition for your involvement in Phi Zeta!
At the end of the academic year the following awards will be presented at our annual Spring Induction Ceremony.
ROOKIE OF THE YEAR
Awarded to the member who has accumlated the most points at the end of the year (1-- or more)
MEMBER OF THE YEAR
Awarded to the member who has shown outstanding achievement, dedication, and leadership.

| Attend Phi Zeta Meetings | 5 points per meeting (we want to see you there) | |
| Donate to Fundraisers | 10 points per event | |
| Recruit New Member (Notice: your name must be writtten next to "Friend" on their application for it to count) | 5 points per person | |
| Wearing Phi Zeta t-shirt at meeting/events | 2 points per meeting/event | |
| Attend Philanthropy event -e.g. Walk, Bake Sale, etc | 15-30 points [depending upon length of the event] | |
| Attend Social Event -e.g. Phi Zeta Presents | 10 points per event | |
| Help to organize an event (non-officer) | 5-20 points per event | |
| Tutoring a Subject in the Sciences | 15 pt. per subject per semester | |
| Attend an approved Seminar or Faculty Candidate Q&A sessions (IMPORTANT: you must stay the entire Seminar and have a faculty member email Phi Zeta to verify your presence!) | 10 points per semester | |
| Donating Blood | 10 pt. per drive | |
| Attend induction ceremony in support of new members (must stay for entire ceremony to receive points= about 2 hour) | 20 points per year | |
| President's/Dean's List | 10 points per semester | |
| Getting Published in Scientist Journal | 100 pt. per semester |
In order to recieve points for attendance and participation you must sign-in at each meeting and event from Officer/Rep. there.
Ongoing community service activites will be considered 1 project.
Other events may qualify for service points but they must be approved by Phi Zeta

Remember, you need to acquire a minimum of 150 points in order to recieve honor cords.
