CSATS - Computer Security Awareness Training for Students
CSATS was designed with the help of students and uses Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, online videos and games to teach students how to protect their computers, personal information and UHV computers from hackers, phishers, spammers, and other risks. Students will learn about their shared responsibility to create a safe computing environment on campus.
CSATS is an educational, engaging and fun web site filled with helpful security information about email, passwords, copyright, P2P file-sharing, identity theft, social networking, protecting computers, laptops and mobile devices and much more.
After completing CSATS, students will be able to:
- Identify computer security risks.
- Take the appropriate actions to reduce those risks.
- Understand basic computer security practices.
- Take the appropriate actions to secure your computer.
