We keep q-tips, alcohol
wipes, hydrogen peroxide
solution, and band-aids
for minor cuts and
injuries. The kits are
located in Room 133,
University West for the
Victoria Campus, at the
front desk in UHS Sugar
Land, and at the
Administration Office in
UHS Cinco Ranch.
Personal Counseling
Attending school is a rewarding experience, but it can also be a stressful experience, especially when we also have family and work obligations. We all experience difficulties in life at one time or another, and sometimes it can help to speak with someone who can help us find the best way to deal with issues that we may be facing.

Student Insurance
The Student Services Office provides insurance information for all students.
Students who need insurance information may call Student Services at 361-570-4137 or toll free at 1-877-970-4848 ext. 142. We will be happy to mail a brochure.
International students who hold an F-1 student visa are required to show proof of medical insurance with medical evacuation/repatriation coverage while they are enrolled at the University of Houston Victoria. Beginning with the Fall 2003 semester, F-1 international students at UHV who do not have insurance coverage will have the opportunity to purchase a medical coverage plan from Macori, Inc. of Spring, Texas.
