Office of Student Activities & Services

The Office of Student Activities & Services (OSAS) helps students achieve their academic goals and enhance their intellectual and social development through a variety of programs and services. We promote student leadership, collegiality, and good citizenship. The Office supports the academic mission of UHV, assures the rights of students, and ensures students get the support necessary to be successful at UHV and in their communities.

We contribute to a healthy, safe, and productive academic environment and are responsive to the needs of our diverse student body. Students are encouraged to contact us with any questions or needs they may have.

We are located in the University West Building Room 133. Our hours are 8am-6 pm Monday through Thursday and 8am-5pm on Friday. Call us at 361-573-0000 or 1-800-687-6738 for more information.

Through Student Solutions, we provide answers to students who have questions regarding registration, financial aid, and fee payment. We ensure that students' expectations are met as quickly as possible when enrolling, registering, applying for financial aid, or paying for tuition and fees. We welcome your calls Monday through Friday from 8 am – 5 pm.
