UHV Purchasing
The University of Houston--Victoria
shares a commitment with other institutions of the University of
Houston System “to promote economic well being, and to advance the
quality of life in the coastal bend region of Texas.”
It is a major goal of UHV to help to serve the regional community’s
need for access to information resources in promoting the
educational, economic, and cultural development of the region.
