Faculty Budget Oversight Committee
Description:
The committee shall
- review planned spending by UHV from all revenue sources,
- review all proposed additions or deletions of positions relating to academic programs at faculty, administrative, staff, or clerical levels,
- make semi-annual reports to the Senate,
- work with the appropriate administrative officers of the institution to enable those officers to better understand the priorities of the faculty, and
- receive or solicit information from other Faculty Council committees in order to prepare balanced recommendations to the Senate.
