To optimally shape the size and characteristics of the student body, consistent with conducive access, educational effectiveness, operational efficiency, and provision of responsive services.

   To meet or exceed budgeted enrollment goals;

   To maintain clean audits for financial aid and reduce the default rate;
   To maintain the student satisfaction rate for student services;
