Title IX
Grievance Committee
Description:
The committee shall constitute the grievance
procedure for discrimination complaints based on race, color,
religion, national origin, gender, age, disability, veteran status,
or sexual orientation. The President will appoint the committee,
which shall consist of eight staff, eight faculty, and 8 students,
of which four shall be graduate students and four shall be
undergraduate students. Members of the committee will serve two
year terms, and may be reappointed at the President’s discretion.
