Faculty Budget
Oversight Committee
Description:
The committee shall 1) review planned
spending by UHV from all revenue
sources, 2) review all proposed
additions or deletions of positions
relating to academic programs at
faculty, administrative, staff, or
clerical levels, 3) make semi-annual
reports to the Senate, 4) work with the
appropriate administrative officers of
the institution to enable those officers
to better understand the priorities of
the faculty, and 5) receive or solicit
information from other Faculty Council
committees in order to prepare balanced
recommendations to the Senate.
