--Approved a request of Dr. Yong Glasure for a travel grant ($1,100) to present at the International Atlantic Economic Conference, in Charleston, SC, in October.

--Approved a request of Ms. Tina Herrington for a travel grant ($1,100) to present at the Association for Childhood Education International Conference, in Toronto, Canada, in April.

--Approved a request of Dr. Susan Opt for a travel grant ($1,100) to present at the National Communication Association Convention, in Seattle, WA, in November.

--Approved a request of Dr. Marie Plemons for a travel grant ($1,100) to present at the Association for Childhood Education International Conference, in Toronto, Canada, in April.

--Approved a request of Dr. David Satava for a travel grant ($900) to present at the 2000 meeting of the American Academy of Accounting and Finance, in New Orleans, LA, in December.

--Approved a request of Dr. Harold Smith for a travel grant ($1,100) to chair a panel at the North American Conference on British Studies, in Los Angeles, CA, in October.

--Accepted reports on grant-funded conference travel from Dr. Roy Foley, Dr. Gayla Lawson, and Dr. Harold Smith.
