UHV Student Email and PeopleSoft Self-Service Instructions

Fall 2007, Spring 2008 and Summer 2008 view your Financial
Aid Status on PeopleSoft Self-Service
E-Mail Information

PeopleSoft ID Information
New Prospective Students:
For 2007-2008, students must apply for
admission to the University of Houston-Victoria in order to
get a PeopleSoft password and a UHV e-mail account. Once
you have applied for admission, the Office of Financial Aid
will be able to view your financial aid applications. All
financial aid correspondence is sent to the student’s UHV
e-mail account. Once you have been given a PeopleSoft ID:
* You
will receive an e-mail letting you know what your PeopleSoft
ID is. The e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address you
entered on your Admissions Application.
* Click on the link (http://www.uhv.edu/mypeoplesoft/
) to log on to the PeopleSoft Self Service using your new
PeopleSoft ID and temporary password.
* Click "UHV Self Service"
* Under Learner Services, click on
"Financial Aid".
Currently
Admitted Students:
For 2007-2008, you have a new
PeopleSoft Self Service Page and a new ID that will replace
your VA six digit #. See below for instructions on
obtaining your new PeopleSoft ID and accessing your
financial aid information.
* Log on to "Register Pay and Check
Grades" at www.uhv.edu.
* Under Fall 2007 Services, click
"Financial Aid Status for 2007/2008". This link will
provide your new PeopleSoft ID and temporary password. If
you are not given an ID, contact the Office of Admissions at
(361)570-4110.
* Click on the link (http://www.uhv.edu/mypeoplesoft/
) to log on to the PeopleSoft Self Service using your new
PeopleSoft ID and temporary password.
* Click "UHV Self Service"
* Under Learner Services, click on
"Financial Aid".
