7th - Release of funds for the Spring Term
30th - 12th Class day enrollment reviews
Febuary
15th - 60th percentage point for the Spring 1st 8-week session
18th - Summer enrollment inquiry available to current students
TBA - FAFSA Nights
March
15th - Priority deadline for fall and summer applications
18th - 1st Possible date of disbursement for Spring 2nd 8-week session
28th - 60th percentage point for the Spring term
April
19th - 60th percentage point for Spring 2nd 8-week session
May
17th - Review satisfaction academic progress of student from Spring term
28th - 1st possible disbursement date for Summer. Release of Summer 1 and Summer 10-week sessions
June
6th - Review 4th class day enrollments for Summer 1 and Summer 1o-week sessions
19th - 60th percentage point for Summer 1
30th - End of Federal Award Year for Title IV. Last day to submit the 2012-2013 FAFSA
July
1st - Disburse Summer 2 financial aid
11th - Review 4th class day enrollments fro Summer 2 session
12th - 60th percentage point in summer 10-week term
26th - 60th percentage point in summer 2 session
August
14th - Review Satisfactory Academic Progress at the end of the summer session
19th - Disburse fall financial aid
September
11th - Review 12th Class Day enrollments for Fall term
27th - 60th Percentage point in 1st Fall 8-week session
October
14th - Disburse for fall 8-week 2 session only students
15th - Award Spring financial aid - October 15th is the priority deadline for Spring
19th - Financial Aid Day - day of recognition
28th - 60th Percentage Point in Fall Term
November
19th - 60th Percentage Point in Fall 2nd 8-week session
December
20th - Review Satisfactory Academic Progress
Paperwork and Awarding Timelines for 2013-14
March 15 - May 10
All documents turned in during this timeframe will be processed within one week of receipt. Awarding will occur within one week of the last document being processed. If corrections to your FAFSA are necessary, allow an additional week.
May 11 - July 26
All documents turned in during this timeframe will be processed within two weeks of receipt. Awarding will occur within a week of the last document being processed. If corrections to your FAFSA are necessary, allow an additional week.
July 27 - Sept 15
All documents turned in during this timeframe will be processed within three weeks of receipt. Awarding will occur within a week of the last document being processed. If corrections to your FAFSA are necessary, allow an additional week.
Weekly Processes
Mondays: FAFSAs are recieved and processed. Disbursements will be credited to student accounts. Refunds are processed the following day.
Tuesdays: Awarding processes occur
Wednesdays: Disbursements will be credited to student accounts. Disbursements will be credited to student accounts. Refunds are processed the following day.
Thursdays: Disbursements will be credited to student accounts. Disbursements will be credited to student accounts. Refunds are processed the following day.
Fridays: Return of Title IV Funds occur for students who withdraw
