• Be a U.S. citizen or national of the U.S., or a lawful permanent resident of the U.S. and its territories;
• Be enrolled as a student in good standing in the UHV School of Nursing MSN Nurse Education program
• Maintain “good academic standing” according to the UHV School of Nursing standards while enrolled in the MSN Nurse Education program
• Have no judgment liens based on a Federal debt, 28 U.S.C. 3201(e).
• Loan is based on hours enrolled not to exceed $30,000 per year.
• First priority will be given to current students.
• Upon graduation student must work full time as nursing faculty for loan to be forgiven.
• To include tuition, books, and living expenses.
