School of Nursing Students Progression Petition

 

    The following process applies to UHV School of Nursing students who wish to petition the  Progression Committee

• Please review the policy Click here
• Please download the Progression Petition form  , then fill it out completely.
• Click on the Email link  and attach your completed Progression Petition form to the email.

 

• Finally, click send to submit your petition. You will be notified via UHV Email regarding your petition resolution from the Progression Committee
