Directions for
Checking Your Financial Aid To Do List PeopleSoft Self Service enables you to check your admissions status, register, check your financial aid, and pay your tuition. These directions walk you through checking your financial aid to do list. Checking your To Do List takes five steps.
Step 2: Choose (click on) Financial Aid in the
Learner Services area. (The Financial Aid icon may appear
in a different location on your screen than in the example
below.)
Step 3: Choose To Do List from the Financial Aid
Screen.
Step 4: Choose To Do List.
Step 5: Your To Do List will appear.
In the screen below, you can see that the student has three
items in his To Do List. You may have a longer or shorter To Do
List.
Click on each item in the To Do List to learn more about the documents that the Office of Financial Aid doesn't have. An Item Detail will display (like the one below).
By reading the Description, you’ll learn more about the specific documents that the Office of Financial Aid hasn’t received. If you have sent the item(s), it may take a few business days to process the document(s). If you haven’t sent the item, please do so. Choose Return to go back to your To Do List. When the Item Status changes to Received it means that the university has received the documents, and the documents are being processed. When the item disappears from your To Do List, it means that the university has finished processing the documents. Please read the Important notice below for information about what happens next. From here, we recommend that you read the Accept/Decline Financial Aid Awards directions.
