Step 5: Next, you’ll need to select your class.
If you’ve searched by class or section number (Strategy 1
above), only one option will appear. Ensure that the class still
has seats available (the Status should be a green circle) and
choose the Select Class button.
(If Status displays a blue box, then the class is full and you
may need to search for alternate classes. Return to
Strategy 2 or to the Search for Classes directions.)
If you’ve searched for classes using criteria (Strategy 2), several options will appear, as in our example below.

You can learn more information about each class listed by
scrolling through the list. Each section number provides
information like the day and time, the location, instructor, and
other important information.
So, for section number, 15376, we can see that the status is
available (the green circle); the course is taught in Victoria
in the evening; and the course is taught by Daniel Jaeckle.
Once you’ve decided on a class, choose Select Class.
Step 6: A course detail will appear. Review the course detail
and choose Next if this is the section that you want to take.
(Choose Previous if you want to look at other sections.)

Step 7: A screen will appear that lets you know that your course
has been added to your schedule and your enrollment shopping
cart.

You have two options from this screen.
- If you still need to sign up for more classes, you’ll want to
continue Searching for Classes and/or Entering Class Numbers.
(Essentially, you’ll repeat steps 4 through 7 until you’ve added
all of the courses that you need to take for the semester.)
- Once you’ve added all of the courses that you need to take,
you’ll choose the button Proceed to Step 2 of 3.
Step 8: After you’ve chosen Proceed to Step 2 of 3, you’ll be
asked to confirm your classes.
Verify the list of classes (in
the example below, the student is taking two ENG classes).

Choose Finish Enrolling if the information is correct.
Step 9: In the final enrollment screen, you’ll see a message
with your course list.
Here, the student is taking three
classes.

You’ll be able to see if you were successfully enrolled in the
courses (the green check mark). (If not, a red X will appear,
and you’ll need to fix any error messages. A fix errors button
will appear next to the Make a Payment button.)
From this screen, you can Make a Payment or view Your Class
Schedule. We recommend that you view your class schedule and
verify its accuracy. We recommend reading the directions on
Student Financials before Making a Payment.
